What we collect
- Account information you provide when signing up (such as email address).
- Videos and files you upload for processing, used only to run Cliphoo features for your session.
- Usage data such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
- Payment information is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your data
- To provide hook detection, preview, export, and account features.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To respond to support requests and fix issues.
- To improve Cliphoo and prevent abuse.
Video uploads
- Uploaded videos are processed to deliver the service. We do not build a permanent public library of your content.
- Processing files may be stored temporarily on our servers and removed after your session or within a reasonable retention window for operations.
Third-party services
- Authentication is handled by Clerk.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Hook detection and social copy use OpenAI.
- YouTube link downloads use RapidAPI's YouTube Download & Info API.
- Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
- You can delete your account through your profile settings where available, or contact support.
